Breakfast too expensive for what it was, but we didn't have any other choice as nothing around

Breathtaking views, great staff and just by the skilifts. Perfection.

Was told the car parking was free. Note I specifically asked a member of staff. On the Sat morning 28th Jan my car was towed out of the car park. I was not given any ticket for this but if a fine is sent to me note that I will expect the hotel to pay for this. As you can imagine it was a very unpleasant experience to end my stay especially as I had specifically checked in advance with the hotel staff that the car park opposite was free.

-- Perfectly located near the chairlifts; -- very nice view to the mountains from the rooms; -- runway for a small planes and helicopters right nearby (worthlooking for someone).

-- Very small rooms with an old furniture and the bathroom; -- Outskirts location, need to drive to the cenrally lacated restaurants. Only one decent restaurant in the hotel.

The location was nice.

Rooms are too small. No shower. Food was way to expensive. Room was way to expensive for what we got. They wanted to charge half of the room rate for a late checkout of 2 hours.

We only stayed one night but thought the hotel was very good. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

Bathroom was a little tired and although there was a shower attachment there was no way to have a shower standing! Bath took ages to fill.

Young, willing staff.

Wildly overpriced menus, oldish and small bedroom, antiquated bathroom, claims that were not borne out (24-hour room service and BBC World not actually available).

The staff were very friendly and accomodating, the location is superb, the room was fantastic. The buffet breakfast was delicious. Your restuarant staff at the buffet breakfast and at the Zinc restaurant were very friendly and nice and attentive. Your staff at the ski rental and boutique were exceptionally nice and really great to talk to.

We made the 6 hours journey from Paris after work on a Friday early evening and checked in for one night as we had accommodation the following night. Was disappointed that the free spa services were never enjoyed by us as it only opened at 2pm.
